Shadowlands has 5 unique spaces on the estate that make this the ideal spot for your next event. We have hosted influencers, Financial Advisors, Hedge Fund Managers, Social Media Stars, Real Estate Moguls, Custom Motorcycle Showcases, Celebrities, Politicians, and the list goes on and on.
We have the ability to provide dedicated areas for meetings (complete with monitors and presentation tools), outdoor events, catered events, weddings, and just so much more. Click the link below to connect with one of our Shadowlands Hosts so we can begin to custom tailor your experience.
Our pricing will vary depending on what you will need to use the property for and what areas you require. Our main pricing includes all of the common spaces (most of the many great rooms boasting original architecture and floor to ceiling stained glass windows) and the 5 public restrooms we have on the property. Bedrooms are not included.
Event planning and prep -
Our team has years of experience in planning large events and also has connections with companies to provide tables, chairs, entertainment, catering, site prep, and much more. Just message us. We are able to accommodate bartenders with proper credentials.
Additional Spaces -
We have 2 very exquisite outdoor areas that can be added to your event for $500.00 each. We have our "Back 40" which features 2 waterfalls and a river with 2 walk over bridges. This area also has a putting green and large rock features. If you are looking for an outdoor photo / film project, this is where you need to be.
Our other area is "The Rose Garden". This area is a beautifully manicured space complete with bistro, sitting areas, outdoor fireplace, Italian fountain and even a stage under a gazebo. You may also include both areas for a discounted rate of $750.00 per day. Our outdoor areas will be cleaned from top to bottom with pressure washing to fully prep the space.
